delivery

 

all our jewellery is handmade with a lot of love especially and individually for you in pforzheim germany.

because we do not have  all of our items in stock in all sizes, delivery within germany can take up to 2 weeks after payment.

Delivery to other countries can take longer, depending on destination and custom formalities.

 

If your jewllery is on stock, we will deliver as soon as possible.

 

deliverytime can be longer for special or limited editions, becaus of the complex production.

 

 

to prevent confusion Please read the product description at the jewellery item of your choice carefully

 

please note that delivery times may be delayed in time of promotion.

 

If your ordered items are no longer available or producable, we will immediately inform you and return any payments made.

in case you ordered several items with a different status of stock, doo jewellery will ship the items after all of them are back in stock. due to this the delivery time can be longer.

we ship with dhl to all countries of the Eu and to switzerland.

 

Shipping within germany:  1–3 officedays, costs: free shipping from 60 € order value/ under 60 € order value 5€ 

( standard shipping/ packaging )


Shipping to eu countries:   2–10 officedays, costs:  free shipping from 100 € order value/ under 100 € order value 10€ 

( standard shipping/ packaging )

 

Shipping to switzerland: 2–10 officedays, costs: 31 € ( insured standard / packaging, custom fees are paid by buyer )

 Please contact us in advance per email mail@doojewellery.de because some items of our collection cannot be shipped to Switzerland and  delivery to Switzerland might take longer due to custom formalities.

If a package is returned because the buyer did not claim the package, doo jewellery does not take the costs for a second shipping. in this case please contact mail@doojewellery.de

doo jewellery does not take any responsibility for damages caused by customs or during delivery. 

the Buyer is responsible for any custom charges that may be applied to the package.

please inform yourself about custom regulations of your country in advance.

 

returns

If you do not like your ordered jewellery or a piece did not fit please send the items back within 14 days.

we do not take the costs of shipping in case of return.

Please include a note with your invoice no. and bankdetails.

We only exchange or refund unworn and undamaged products in original packaging with undamaged safety label.
